April 19: Childhood and Adult Vaccination Event at On Track Academy

Vaccination event offering all childhood and adult vaccines including COVID-19.

Appointments not required. Walk-ins are welcome.

This vaccination clinic is open to the community for ages 2 and up and is located at On Track Academy. See this map for parking information. The following vaccines will be available:

Childhood Vaccines

• Haemophilus Influenzae (Hib)
• HPV
• Influenza
• Meningococcal
• MMR
• Pneumococcal

Adult Vaccines

COVID-19 Vaccines

• Pfizer-BioNTech – requires two (2) doses, for individuals ages 5 years and older
• Moderna – requires two (2) doses, for individuals ages 18 years and older
• Johnson & Johnson – requires one (1) dose, for individuals ages 18 years and older
